Requirements/Qualification

Applicable education (M.Sc., B.Sc., or equivalent) and several years of experience in sourcing and purchasing tasks 适用教育背景（硕士、学士或同等学历）及在寻源与采购领域拥有数年工作经验

General understanding of ERP基本理解ERP系统

Fluent in English, both written and spoken 流利的英语书面与口语

Very good knowledge of components 熟练掌握元器件

Responsibility

1. Support with components competitive pricing in customer RFQ/Cost down. 在客户询价/降本项目中，支持元器件的竞争性定价。

2. Marketing trend analysis and earlier warning. 进行市场趋势分析并提供早期预警。

3. Consolidate business to Scanfil strategy suppliers. 整合业务至公司的战略供应商。

4. Negotiate and decide where to place components in the NPI phase and Engineering Change Orders, with best possible supply chain setup. Follow up the sample/NPI orders. 在新产品导入阶段和工程变更指令中，协商并决策元器件的采购地点，以实现最佳的供应链配置。跟踪样品和新产品导入订单。

5. Update IFS with supplier related info for components. 在IFS中更新与元器件相关的供应商信息。

6. Support purchasing with escalations for shortage, price and quality. 支持采购部门处理短缺、价格和质量方面的升级问题。

7. Develop appointed and phase out suppliers with tools, and after decision in the supplier chain teams. 开发指定的供应商，并根据供应链团队的决策，逐步淘汰供应商。

8. Negotiation of purchase agreements, including prices and other terms and conditions. 就采购协议进行谈判，包括价格及其他条款与条件。

9. Draw up localization plan, including cost target, quality, delivery and supplier qualification. 制定本地化计划，包括成本目标、质量、交付和供应商资质认证。

10. Supporting purchasing team supplier management, including material minimizing of excess/obsolete, materials MOQ, LT optimize. 支持采购团队进行供应商管理，包括最小化物料过剩/呆滞、优化物料最小起订量和交货周期。

11. Supporting sales/customer service with new customer projects and presenting cost-reduction proposals for existing programs. 为新客户项目提供销售/客服支持，并为现有项目提出降本提案。

12. Implementing effective supplier management programs to improve the performance of the strategy suppliers. Key performance includes supplier’s OTDP, quality, payment, delivery term, flexibility, resilience, sustainability and cost-development. 实施有效的供应商管理计划，以提升战略供应商的绩效。关键绩效指标包括供应商准时交付率、质量、付款条件、交付条款、灵活性、韧性、可持续性和成本发展趋势。
